Easy Booking
Step 1: Scroll down on this page, see the open (“Green”) weeks and booked (“red”) weeks, and (“Orange”) temporary held weeks. click on a “Green” week, it will then have a thin blue boundary line around it.
Step 2: scroll down all the weeks, and you will see a form with the dates you chose.
Step 3: fill in the form with your name, email, number of people, etc. SUBMIT the form, your week becomes “Orange” temporarily set aside for you
We confirm by email and details regarding your e-transfer of 1/2 of the $2000 CAD/week. If you happen to be booking within the 30 day window before your rental begins, you transfer the full amount plus refundable $400 damage deposit.
What's included
On the water A large private dock, a canoe, a rowboat, and a swim raft anchored in the bay. Rebecca Lake is calm, clear, and uncrowded — ideal for paddling, swimming, fishing and doing nothing in particular. Bring a 9 hp or smaller, outboard motor for the aluminum rowboat if you want.
The cottage Genuine mid-century character with all the comfort you need (even green fixtures in the bathroom) Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and Starlink satellite internet when the kids (and you) need some time indoors. Lots of screened windows and doors, so you can open them to the wind.
The setting Surrounded by maple, hemlock and white pine forest, close enough to Dwight and Huntsville towns for supplies and a good meal, but far enough away to actually hear the silence and absolute darkness of night.
Your dog is welcome. One well-mannered dog is warmly invited. Rebecca Lake has plenty of shoreline to explore, and incredible foundation beach on connected belle lake to enjoy; the shallow water at Foundation Beaxh is perfect for impromptu beach/water volleyball.
