2. Guest Information

3. Additional Guests & Visitors

Only family members directly related to the renting family may be added as extra overnight guests.
Additional overnight guests must be approved with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Overnight Fee: $30 per person per night, up to the 6-person maximum.
Total renters plus daily visitors must never exceed 6 people at any time.

4. Pets

One friendly dog is welcome (must be approved in advance). No excessive barking. Dog must not be left alone in the cottage. Proof of current rabies vaccination is required.

5. Included Amenities

• Private dock on the lakeshore
• Aluminum rowboat (can take up to a 9hp motor – bring your own if desired)
• Fibreglass canoe
• Swimming raft
• Fire pit

6. Damage Deposit

$400 refundable damage deposit required. Refunded in full if cottage is left in the same clean condition as found and without damage beyond normal wear.

7. House & Property Guidelines

• Respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• No smoking inside the cottage
• Lifejackets must be worn when using the boat or canoe
• Children must be supervised near the water at all times
• Guest is responsible for safe use of all equipment and facilities

8. Cleaning & Departure

• Remove all garbage and recycling to the designated bins
• Wash and put away dishes
• Leave furniture and amenities as found

9. Liability

Use of the lake, dock, raft, boats, canoe, fire pit, and private Hutcheson Road is entirely at your own risk. The property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your stay.

10. Payment & Cancellation

Payment terms as agreed at booking. Cancellation terms follow Airbnb/Vrbo policy or direct booking policy.
